On the TAP Edge login page, click on “Forgot Password”. Enter your registered email and follow the instructions in the reset link sent to your inbox. Check your spam folder if you don’t receive it.
Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or switching to Chrome/Firefox. Ensure your internet connection is stable. If the issue persists, contact support.
Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select “Log Out” from the dropdown menu.
Usernames are tied to your registration. To request a change, contact our admin team with your current details and the requested update.
Yes, contact your training administrator or support to deactivate your profile. We can reactivate it later without data loss.
Log in, go to your profile dashboard, click “CV Builder” or “Work Experience”, fill in your job history, and save. Your updated CV can be downloaded for applications.

Learnerships
Yes, If you have completed a learnership you can apply for a new learnership with SpecCon Holdings, just as long as you inform us when applying and you meet the application requirements.
No, If you are currently registered for a learnership, you must complete that learnership before you can apply for another learnership.
SpecCon may blacklist you from being placed on any current or future learnerships.
Completing a learnership provides you with a qualification that gives you both knowledge and practical skills in your area of learning, and prepares you for future job opportunities.
No, In order to be placed on a learnership you need to meet the learnership requirements, pass an assessment and interview process, and be selected to be placed on an available learnership. However, if you are not initially successful we will keep your information on file for future learnerships and we recommend that you consider registering for one or more of our online programmes to improve your knowledge and skills.
The stipend amount is different for each learnership, generally ranging from R3000 to R5000 per month, however, the experience you receive and can include on your CV is invaluable when applying for future jobs.
Once you have applied, you will be directed through the assessment process through emails/whatsapps. Should you not hear from us within 2 months please consider your application as unsuccessful at that time. We will however keep your application on file for consideration if other learnerships become available.
You will need to upload: Your TAP CV, Current bank confirmation letter, Current SARS registration letter, A certified copy of your ID (front and back), Certified copy of your highest qualification.

Any young person (abled or disabled) leaving school, college, or training institutions, and those who have been unemployed. Specifically, learners must be South African citizens, between the ages of 18 and 29, and have a minimum of a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate. If you are already registered on another learnership, you will need to complete it before applying for a learnership with SpecCon Holdings. There may be additional learnership specific requirements that must be met before your application will be considered.
