Unit 1: Advise on organisations' strategies, processes, capabilities and contextual dynamics affecting it
- The organisation’s objectives and strategies are identified
- Key processes used to support strategies are identified
- Patterns of resource use associated with key processes are identified
- The core capabilities supporting the organisation’s strategies are identified
- Features of visual texts are explained concerning how they impact meaning
Unit 2: Profile the organisation's philosophy on risk
- A framework for structuring inquiry and communication about risk is identified and selected
- A framework for structuring inquiry and communication about risk is developed
- Acceptance of this framework within the organisation is negotiated
- Relevant enquiries and communication about risk in relation to the organisation is conducted with key personnel
- The profile developed of the organisation’s philosophy on risk is confirmed with management
Unit 3: Advise on the risk management strategies of the organisation
- The key risk drivers facing the organisation are identified through appropriate forms of analysis, interaction
