The Freight Handler qualification provides comprehensive training in warehouse and freight operations, focusing on receiving, storing, picking, reconciling, and dispatching freight. This programme prepares learners for essential roles in stevedoring, warehousing, bulk cargo, courier, and air freight operations.

Exit Level Outcomes

Upon completion of this qualification, learners will be able to:

Demonstrate receiving of freight
Demonstrate allocation of freight for storage and control of stock
Prepare and ensure the picking of freight for loading/off-loading processes according to specified procedures
Reconcile and dispatch freight according to the legislation
