All SpecCon learnership applications are now made on Passport2Work, our free career portal at passport2work.co.za. Create a free account, build your CV, and then browse and apply for the learnerships and jobs that suit you. We load new opportunities daily, so please check in daily.

SpecCon will never charge any fee for a learnership application.
Please note: A Learnership is not an opportunity to earn money for 12 months. It is a learning opportunity. Although a stipend will cover your expenses, your main reason should be to learn, gain experience and find a permanent job.
All applications are now handled on Passport2Work at passport2work.co.za. You must be 18 or older to register.
Registered on app.tap.co.za before? You don't need a new account. Log in to Passport2Work with the same email address and password.

Follow These Steps to Apply
All applications go through Passport2Work. Here's how to get started.
Create Your Free Account
Go to passport2work.co.za/register and fill in your name, email address, mobile number and South African ID number (or passport number if you are not a South African citizen). It's free and takes about two minutes.
Build Your CV
Once registered, click "My CV" and fill in every section. A complete, professional CV is what potential employers see when you apply, and it improves your chances of matching to the right opportunities. This is a critical step — take your time and make it count.
Browse Available Learnerships & Jobs
Click "Browse Jobs" to see all the learnerships and jobs that are open now. Open a role to see where it is and what it requires, and check that you meet the requirements.
Not Eligible? Upskill First
If you don't yet meet the requirements for a role, open the "Course Library" and take free online courses to build the skills you need. You can also take the free career assessments under "Assessments" to discover your strengths. Come back and apply when you're ready.
Apply and Track Your Application
If you meet the requirements and the role genuinely suits you, click "Apply now" and answer the screening questions. Please only apply for roles you are capable of doing. You can follow the progress of each application under "My Applications".
