PURPOSE

This course is designed for business people who want to gain negotiation skills through communication. People don’t always agree on certain issues because everyone wants to have their say and be heard. Negotiation is a skill that one can use to come up with solutions so that an agreement can be reached. You will be trained to recognize situations where one can negotiate. You will be taught all the properties of an argument and how to be successful at negotiating.
