The first approved eLearning platform in South Africa was developed by SpecCon in close collaboration with the MICT SETA. This resulted in the creation of a comprehensive line of learning and development solutions, which today serve as a one-stop shop for all learning needs.

SpecCon offers a vast range of accredited Learnership Programmes in various sectors, for both employed and unemployed individuals. Many of our learnerships; many of which can be completed entirely online, are completed over one year.
SpecCon’s onsite service offerings consist of a multitude of short courses supporting diverse fields of expertise. These courses are delivered by competent and qualified trainers and facilitators and can encompass pre- and post-course assessments to ensure that the learners are competent upon completion.
